I can make most clothing items in a few days but please leave around 6 weeks for me to dispatch your order as I usually have a number of orders waiting in line to be completed. I express post all my orders both locally (Australia) and internationally. With postal delays at the moment Australian orders should arrive 1-3 business days after they are dispatched and international orders usually take 7-15 business days (please allow more time to be safe though). If you need an order sooner I may be able to accommodate you. Please send me a message via the contact form to check if a rush order is possible. If I am able to rush your order there is a $50 rush fee which you should add to your cart when you put your order through.

I offer free custom sizing on all my clothing because I want everyone to be able to wear my designs and I know how amazing it feels when you find a garment that fits you perfectly! I encourage everyone to take advantage of this. All my clothes are made to order so it doesn't take me much longer to ensure the perfect fit! Just select 'custom sizing' and send through your measurements in the notes when ordering. There is a measurements chart on the sizing page if you are unsure how to measure yourself. I can make small changes to most of my clothing! Things I can alter are; hem/sleeve length, sizing, trim colour (sometimes) and I can remove trims and design features (eg. bows). In some cases I can order a specific fabric for you too if you're not captivated by the options available. Things that would make your requests a custom order are; wanting a different style sleeve/bodice/skirt etc. wanting a more expensive fabric or 2 layers of fabric (ie. lace with a lining), wanting to add trims that cost more than the original design or wanting a completely different design to items I have available. Custom orders can be organized and I charge $40 per hour plus materials cost. If you are wanting a custom design send me a message via the contact form to discuss.

All my clothing is made to order so you can basically choose whatever fabric you like! I have a huge fabric collection that includes vintage fabrics which you can choose from. Some of my fabrics are in smaller pieces than is needed for items like the peasant dresses so those will only be available in the skirt and dirndl listings. I usually have to order fabric for the peasant dresses as they use a lot of fabric so I am happy to order something other than what’s in the 'fabric options' picture if desired just contact me before or straight after ordering! If you own a fabric that you would like to have one of my dresses or skirts made from I can do that! Just post me the fabric and I'll give you a $20AUD discount on the item! As all my items are custom made I cannot offer returns or exchanges. If your item does not fit because the measurements you provided were incorrect or you selected the wrong size when ordering then I cannot offer any compensation or alterations so please double check the measurements on my size chart and take advantage of our custom sizing. If you don't know how to measure yourself, I can help you so get in touch via the contact form! If I have made a mistake when making your garment and it has come out the wrong size then I am happy to alter the garment for you for free if you post it back (at your cost). In this case I will ask you to provide photos proving the sizing error eg. photos of the garment laid flat with a ruler showing the sizing error. If there are any other garment faults please send me a message to discuss a solution.
